　　LAS VEGAS, June 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VMdirect, LLC, the marketing division managing the independent affiliate program of DigitalFX International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFXN.OB - News), a digital communications company, announced today that it has opened operations in Ireland. Residents of Ireland will now be able to join VMdirect and market its digital asset and streaming video content creation tools as showcased on helloWorld, DigitalFX's social network showcase.

The company reported that it plans to enlist Irish affiliates to sign up subscribers to its helloWorld social networking site and its proprietary product, The Studio, which enables individuals, businesses and members of social networks to conduct a live streaming web cast, send video emails, group chat with video IM, post videos on demand for viewing in multiple player formats, and through multiple digital devices. The Studio also allows users to upload all their digital assets, including pictures, mp3s, and videos into its robust media vault for storage and sharing online.

VMdirect's independent affiliates or virtual media consultants residing in Ireland will purchase business packages, ranging in price from 37 euros to 2,115 euros, which include web cameras, training CDs and DVDs and other products and services. Affiliates also pay a monthly subscription fee for their product and business resources, starting as low as 14.99 euros.
